More Than a Realtor — A Compassionate Guide

I don't just help seniors buy and sell homes. I walk alongside them through one of the most emotional transitions of their lives — from beginning to end.

Where My Passion Began

A few years ago, I worked in a new-build community that specialized in single-level living homes. Most of the residents were seniors, and after spending time with them I saw something clearly: there was a real need for someone who truly understood what they were going through.

These were people looking to downsize, find easy HOA communities, avoid stairs, manage health concerns, and simplify their lives. Many of them had no idea how to navigate the process of selling a home they had lived in for decades. I realized I could be that person for them.

At the same time, my own parents were facing this very challenge. They had a large home with lots of stairs and a big yard. My dad's knees were failing him — he couldn't get upstairs to his bedroom and often had to sleep on the family room couch. He couldn't reach the shower. It was heartbreaking to watch.

He did not want to leave the home where he had raised his family for 30 years. He needed someone with deep compassion to understand how hard that was. I helped him emotionally navigate the process, and together we found him a place with no stairs, easy to manage, and even a small office just for him. No yard to worry about, no maintenance weighing him down. And he told me later — he wished he had done it much sooner.

Once he moved, he told me it was the best thing that had ever happened to him. That moment changed everything for me.

"I want to help others find someone who can truly relate to them — someone who is empathetic, patient, and committed to making this transition as smooth and positive as possible."

I Am More Than Just a Realtor

My goal is to make the entire process as easy as possible — not just the buying and selling, but every step in between.

Emotional Support

I understand how hard it is to leave a home full of memories. I'm here to listen, empathize, and guide you at your pace.

Coordinating Movers

I help connect you with trusted movers who understand the needs of seniors and treat your belongings with care.

Repairs & Tradespeople

I can arrange trusted handymen, electricians, and plumbers to get your home ready. Don't have the funds upfront? No problem — many repairs can be negotiated into the sale or paid from your proceeds at closing, so there's nothing out of pocket.

Storage Solutions

I help you find and set up a storage facility for belongings you're not ready to part with, giving you time and flexibility during the transition.

Document Shredding

Years of paperwork can pile up. I can arrange secure shredding services for old documents containing personal or financial information so your privacy is fully protected.

Selling Unwanted Items

I can help get items you no longer need listed for sale — through estate sales, online listings, or consignment — so nothing goes to waste and you may even put a little extra money in your pocket.

Mobile Notary at Your Door

If getting to the closing table is difficult, no problem. I can arrange for a notary to come directly to your home so all paperwork can be signed in the comfort and convenience of your own space.

Full Process Navigation

From the first conversation to the day you settle into your new home, I coordinate every detail so nothing falls through the cracks.
